What will be my first release you ask?! Well I've yet to decide... I have to get the grasp of the SDK down first, then I will dive into one of my many app ideas. Hopefully you all will like what you see... my previous experience in software development is almost entirely in visual basic 6.0, as well as some java and C++.
I hope to make many useful and fun apps that many may enjoy. I've started this blog to sort of help motivate me to continue working, and document any helpful things I'll learn along the way. Maybe some day it will help another developer start and succeed, or remind me not repeat the same mistakes again... WHO KNOWS? I'll also be documenting the profitability of app development as a single developer. I'm already over $600 deep due to having to buy a mac...and will be over $1000 when I actually want to publish my first app :(. However I do not foresee this to be a major problem over a long period of time. Until I do publish my first app, the blog will mainly focus on the programming aspect of development... as there will be no statistics on sales, obviously.

hdmi cable to my 19" samsung tv (i don't want to buy another monitor yet)
